Product Availability:

All products listed are subject to availability.
In case a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you with an alternative or process a refund.

Pricing & Payments:

All prices are listed in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We accept UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
COD is available for selected pin codes and may include an additional fee.

Shipping & Delivery:

Standard delivery takes 4–7 working days.
Express delivery is available at an additional cost of ₹200 and usually takes 1–3 working days (subject to your location).
Shipping delays due to weather, logistics, or government regulations are beyond our control.

Product Description & Colour:

We strive to ensure that all product images and descriptions are as accurate as possible.
Slight variations in color or pattern may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution differences.

Order Acceptance & Refusal:

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspicious activity.

Privacy & Security:

Your personal information is protected and used only in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not store any credit/debit card or payment information on our servers.

Customer Responsibility:

It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping and contact details at the time of placing an order.
If a wrong address is provided or repeated delivery attempts fail, the customer will be responsible for additional reshipping charges.
