Cancellation Policy

At THE CHIC by Aayushi, we do not encourage cancellations once an order is placed. However, exceptions may be made in the following case:

• If a customer places the (same product and quantity) within 24 hours.

Returns Policy

We aim to provide you with the best shopping experience. Returns or exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
• You must contact us within 2 days of receiving the parcel.

To initiate a return:

• Or call/WhatsApp us at +91 7743-002023. We will respond within 48 hours.
• When everything is upto the mark Refund will be processed with in 48 hours.

Important Notes:

• Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Please do not send your purchase back unless confirmed by our team.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return.

Partial refunds may be granted if:

• The item shows obvious signs of use.
• The original packaging is damaged.
• The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Exchange Policy

We only offer exchanges if the product received is damaged or defective.

To request an exchange:

• Record a 360° unboxing video as proof.
• Send the video to thechic@thechicbyaayushi.com.
• Once reviewed and approved, you may ship the item to us at the address below.
  
  Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

After inspection:

• If the item is confirmed defective, it will be exchanged if the same product is available.
• If the same product is unavailable, you may choose an alternative item of equal value from our website.

Sale Items

• Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund or exchange.
• Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
• All quality guarantees and warranties on sale items still apply.
